We aim for 99.9% uptime.

Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.
Support available via email and live chat during business hours.
SLAs apply for enterprise clients.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Abuse the system
Fail to pay dues

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but you may request a full data export within 30 days.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide Sourcedo “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
